The Boumemouth Airport (IATA: BOH, ICAO: EGHH) is located 6.5 km north-northeast of Bournemouth in southern England. It is operated by Regional & City Airports (RCA) part of Rigby Group plc.

The airport has a growing number of destinations served by ad hoc carriers, dedicated freighters and passenger airlines.

Adjacent to Bournemouth Airport is the Aviation Park. This is Dorset’s premier location for technology, industry and freight. With 80 hectares of land and buildings allocated for employment use, it’s home to 140 businesses in offices and workshops.

The airport supports a variety of maintenance, repair and overhaul services (MRO), for different aircraft types, as well as fixed base operators (FBO), flight training and flying schools. Boeing 737s are being stored and recycled, among other aircraft types.

The general aviation community at Bournemouth Airport is home to a number of services directly on the airfield or in the nearby Aviation Park.

The Boumemouth Aviation Museum is located on the airport site.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 30 British Airways airliners were parked at the Bournemouth Airport. Virgin Atlantic Airbus A340s were also parked there. Many have returned to service.
